Februly

So, while the Northeast is getting dumped with snow storm after snow storm, we are experiencing the exact opposite: record high temperatures, record low snow accumulation at Mt. Hood, and record low rain fall.  Last month there were days where it felt like summer, hence we coined the month of February ~ Februly.  It's been awesome for the girls….trips to the park, riding bikes, and playing in the cul-de-sac.  The cherry blossoms and daffodils are in full bloom.  And our blueberries are even starting to bud. Crazy!

Piper has graduated from her balance bike to a bike with training wheels.  Here, she rode the loop around Tom Gail Park all by herself for the first time.

The girls are sitting in front of one of the many indoor gardens on display at the Home & Garden Show in Portland.  

McKinley, in all of her wisdom, told me to grab my camera and take a picture because there were "three girls sitting on the fire place in jammies."  She knows me too well!
