The end of a long season

We wrapped up another awesome cross country season this weekend with another trip to the state meet in Eugene.  At the district meet, our varsity girls qualified as a team along with one individual boy.  We drove the kids down on Friday to walk the course and had a pasta dinner at the famous Mazzi's.  It was my first night alone, without my two girls....and it was the worst sleep ever. My parents flew into town, so Dadda had reinforcements. And they all drove down to Eugene to cheer on the girls one last time. We're celebrating the end of a long season with a mini-vaca to where it all began.....Sunriver.
