Fall Festivities

Sophie, our neighbor, made the girls' Halloween costumes again this year.  And with the little man arriving two weeks early, she also surprised us with an outfit for him! We continued our tradition of taking pictures in front of Bruce's neighbor's monster pumpkins, and Landon modeled his adorable pumpkin beanie, knitted by my athletic director's wife.  The sun was bright, so we attempted many angles and the girls stood by different pumpkins in order to avoid shadows.  (But the real reason was to accommodate the girls, who each insisted on holding their brother)  On Halloween we all went trick-or-treating as a family, but I eventually had to hurry home to feed my tiny troll.  Then we left Dadda and his tough guy at home while Gramma C. and the girls & I headed to our church's fall family festival.

Hey, it's the Trolls: Harper, Poppy & Smidge!

Sophie did another impressive job!!!!

Landon makes his debut as Branch the Troll.

Halloween is so much sweeter with an infant to dress!

Their crazy, fur wigs were probably my favorite part.  Especially Tessa's hair, who had a paper, party hat inside her wig to make it stand up straight.
