Tessa's sleep patterns are taking their tole. It seems like thirty minutes into every nap she wakes up screaming. We've experimented with letting her cry, but that does nothing but make her work up a sweat. We've also rocked, bounced, and soothed her back to sleep, and then as soon as we lay her down in her crib she screams. So, one afternoon we thought we would drive to Champoeg Park and take a walk, hoping that the car ride over would lull her to sleep, and then we could peacefully enjoy the outdoors walking along the river. It sorta backfired on us, and she screamed the entire car ride and about ten minutes into our
peaceful walk. But it was an overall success, as we got to see a beautiful sunset and get some more fresh air.
First smiles on film.
There's that tongue again.
