Even after Covid-19 forced an abrupt pause in us meeting weekly with Arbores Homeschool Community, the girls continued to plug along in their schoolwork. Tessa kept trudging through the alphabet in the My Father's World kindergarten curriculum still enjoying the clever activities she completed for each letter. While church was also temporarily on-line, we decided to put on our "Easter best" for church on Easter Sunday. Sometime that spring we watched Prince Caspian and Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and so the girls began their Narnia obsession. Benji even made them homemade bows and arrows. Lastly, we had "top-secret" meet-ups with our homeschool friends, exploring the public walking path on Durant Vineyards in Dundee.

Best of 2020 | Road Trips
We love to travel and explore the breathtaking PNW! And last year we took some amazing mini vacas. In August we stayed a couple of nights in Newport, and took a day trip in September across the Astoria-Megler bridge to Long Beach, WA (to escape the smoke in Newberg). We also spent the night at Cooper Spur after driving through the Fruit Loop in October. Then we celebrated Piper's birthday in Sunriver.
